Image via WikipediaOops! Hansons coming into Fort Lauderdale and the Quest is in Miami. Now we know that this was the plan but somehow the facts just slipped back into the far recesses of our mind. Since it would make our errands and provisioning much easier, we rented a little car for the day.
The car also made it possible for us to visit our much loved little La Familiar Restaurant on Flagler Street in the Little Havana area. We found this out of the way, Central American café years ago while stranded in Miami on our way to Roatan, Honduras to meet the Hulls and Robert. Yummy, yummy!
Dick and Cheryl, although delayed due to the awful Northeast weather, made it to sunny Fort Lauderdale only a couple hours late and were so happy to bask in the warmth.
One of our errands entailed finding a Wi-Fi extender so we could better take advantage of the possible Wi-Fi hot spots in our journeys. Success!! Dick and Dan did a good job at securing this handy little gadget.
