Once back to the Quest, Dan had a couple days off before flying to Fort Lauderdale for a quick job but we are now itching to get Quest back on the move. The weather, unfortunately, is not cooperating with our plans to leave this morning. The wind is howling and the temperatures have dropped but we are hoping for a favorable sailing day tomorrow. Craig and Alexis arrived here at the home of our generous hosts, Joe and Suzanne Fischer, and will assist us in our journey south for a few days. I hope to be reporting on our progress tomorrow.
The fall colors are still vibrant here in the Chesapeake Bay and the sunsets are hard to beat.
