School on Saturday? Yep, poor Danny had class today. There is a lot of information to be covered and learned during these two short weeks.
I grabbed my cute bicycle and headed north the 4 miles to a shopping area with both a Target and a TJ MAXX. Boy was I in heaven. That was until the rains came and then I was forced to stay inside a little longer. Darn!!
We opted for dinner at the new Rocco’s Tacos on Las Olas Blvd. Every time we pass by it is packed and this evening was no different. Going early didn’t seem to matter. Anyway, we grabbed a pager and headed for the over-stuffed bar for some margaritas as we passed the time. Lucky for us, the margaritas were good and a couple of guys at the bar gave us their pager and we didn’t have to wait the 1 ½. Food was good and the place was a source of constant amusement.

After dinner we strolled down Las Olas Blvd., stopping into the busy Primo Shoe Store where Dan found a gigundus pair of white leather shoes for the long anticipated “Full Cleveland” party that we hope to host this summer back in Vermont.

TJMaxx...Target...Margaritas...Fresh Guacamole...yummy Mexican Food...? Sounds like my dream day!! We have NONE of that on Kauai!
